4.2 “My statistics” tab, “Total” level

Default takes you to the “Total” page
This page displays the statistics relative to the total of your programme with Truvo, i.e. in all media for all your headings.

Statistics are counted in impressions. Impression is the unit that indicates the number of times your data was shown in the result list.

Unique contact is the unit that measures the actions of a user when he/she does the following:
- All calls registered on a “Keyed Ad (*)” telephone number published on goldenpages.be and/or in the paper telephone directories.
- All calls registered via the “Free call” function on goldenpages.be
- All clicks on the “Free call” button on goldenpages.be
- All clicks on the “Telephone” link on goldenpages.be
- All e-mail forms sent from goldenpages.be
- All clicks on an e-mail address on goldenpages.be
- All clicks on the “Map” link on goldenpages.be
- All clicks on “Directions” on goldenpages.be
- All displays on flyout on findonmap.be
- All clicks on a web address on goldenpages.be
- All visits to a detail page on goldenpages.be
- All clicks to “Personal space” on goldenpages.be
We aim at delivering accurate results, that is why unique means that we only take into account 1 contact per user visit on your page. Example: 1 click on « Free call » + 1 click on e-mail + 1 click on website = 1 unique contact (within the visit)

Leads are measured as following:
- Phone connection
    - All answered calls registered through a "Keyed Ad"(*) telephone number published on goldenpages.be and/or in the paper telephone directories
    - Only calls with duration longer than zero seconds are registered
    - Calls within 30 minutes coming from the same number are registered as one call
- E-mails sent via e-mail form on goldenpages.be

(*) single telephone number published in Truvo media, designed to measure the yield of your advertising programme with Truvo.
